The Cooperation with Republic of Poland

During June 5-9, 2013 a delegation of the NAU scientists headed by the Vice-Rector on scientific work Mr. Volodymyr Kharchenko, was visited the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw (IULT).

Scientists participated in the first workshop of science and business "Global challenges and opportunities in logistics in the XXI century".

In the discussion had participated the Chancellor of the International University of Logistics and Transport in Wroclaw Mr. Janush Paweska, the President of Wroclaw Mr. Rafal Dudkevich, Executive Director CILT (UK), President CILT–Polska Mr. Marcin Paweska, CEO DHL Supply Chain EMEA, and also science and business representatives from Poland, Ukraine, Germany, France, Slovakia and Czech Republic.  The NAU was presented by the report of the Rector Mr. Mykola Kulyk, the Vice-Rector of scientific work Mr. Volodymyr Kharchenko, the leading researcher Mr. Dmitro Buhayko and the Dean of the Management and Logistics Faculty Oksana Illenko "Problems of World Air Transportation Market Globalization".  The Vice-Rector Mr. Volodymyr Kharchenko had participated in the experts round table and had answered the questions of the scientific and business community. The seminar working languages were Polish and English.

During the visit the next steps of IULT and Polish-Ukrainian Research Institute in Wroclaw cooperation had been discussed. The agreement on joint Master in Logistics development was signed and also the double degrees of our universities. Plans to organize joint laboratories and preparation of joint research and educational projects were discussed.
